MEET MALA KENNEDY
I'm a life coach, trained in ontological coaching and EFT. I'm a mama to two gorgeous souls and having experienced postnatal depression I know what it's like to feel like you've run out of time and energy, experience overwhelm and feel totally stuck.
As a mama it can be easy to lose your identity and forget your self-worth. I used to be full of doubt and unsure how to get back to loving myself.
